Two new flavours
Limited time only
From freezer to freshly baked in 12 minutes.
-
Order now, while stock lasts
We have limited stock and once it's gone, it's gone until the next drop.
-

-
Bake in 12 minutes
Bake straight from the freezer in your oven or airfryer. No thawing.
How a drop works.
-
Each drop is two flavours, one sweet and one savoury. We bake in small batches to keep quality consistent, so stock is limited. When a drop closes, those flavours are finished. The next drop brings two new ones
-
We go from one drop to the next, there's no fixed schedule.
Join the Afternoon Tea Club to be the first to know when a new drop opens.
-
Pre-order for a discount and guaranteed stock. Once we go live, it's first come first served and drops do sell out. Order early and you avoid that.
-
Most flavours come in a pack of 6. Original also comes in a pack of 2 if you want a smaller order.
-
Yes. Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your delivery date.
-
Email us at hello@bao2go.com before your delivery date and we'll arrange another time.
-
We deliver across Sydney metro every Saturday and Sunday. At checkout, choose your delivery date and a 2-hour window that works for you.
The buns arrive frozen so please have someone present to out them straight into the freezer.
-
Buns arrive frozen and keep for up to 3 months in the freezer. Best before date can be found on the back of the packaging.
Once baked, eat them fresh. If saving for later, store in an airtight container at room temperature and finish within 2-3 days.
We do not use preservatives, so the sooner you eat the better.
-
We open orders for a short window — usually Sunday to Sunday. Place your order, we bake fresh, and deliver frozen to your door the following Saturday.
-
Bake straight from the freezer, no thawing needed.
- Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced.
- Place frozen buns on the middle rack with space between each, cup liners on.
- Bake 10-15 minutes until the top is golden.
- Cool slightly before eating.
Baking time varies by flavour, check the back of the packaging for exact instructions.
Don't have an oven? No problem, the buns bake just as well in an airfryer. Just follow the same instructions as above.
-
Our buns contain wheat, egg, milk, and may contain traces of soy. No pineapples in here, the name comes from the way the topping cracks. Check the ingredient list on the packaging for full details.

Born in Hong Kong, baked in Sydney.
Pineapple buns trace back to Hong Kong, but ours are made by hand in Sydney. Check the About Us page for the full story.
Two siblings.
One very
specific craving.
Jansen and Joyce grew up between Hong Kong and Sydney. The bo lo bao followed them everywhere: yum cha on Sundays, the school lunchbox that always needed explaining. The good ones were never nearby. They built Bao2Go for anyone who grew up between two cultures and stopped measuring themselves against a standard built by neither.
